The service
vivotienda is a service of vivotienda. It builds an online store with the seller's Instagram posts and lets their customers message them on WhatsApp. During this stage access is by invitation only and the service is free.
Your account
To use vivotienda you need a professional Instagram account and your own email. You're responsible for what happens with your account and for keeping access to your email secure.
Your content
The photos, texts and prices are still yours. You give us permission to copy them and show them in your store while it's published. Review the details the artificial intelligence puts together: it can make mistakes, and you can correct them from the dashboard.
Sales
Sales are agreed directly between you and your customers on WhatsApp. vivotienda doesn't take part in payments, shipping or complaints, and isn't responsible for them.
Allowed use
vivotienda can't be used to sell illegal products, deceive customers or post other people's content without permission. We may disable stores that don't follow these rules.
Limits and availability
To protect the service there are monthly limits on updates and processing. We do our best to keep it always working, but there may be interruptions.
Closing your account
You can delete your account whenever you want from the dashboard. We may also shut down the service with advance notice.
